Position Summary : The VP of Finance will oversee all financial operations of Hana Technologies, including supervision of IT, Accounting, and Payroll.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields
  • Advanced / post degree in a related area
  • Experience with public company finances in a leadership role, preferably NASDAQ-listed
  • Experience with Acumatica or NetSuite
  • 10 years of progressive experience in business, accounting, and finance
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • High-level knowledge of Information Technology
  • Knowledge of MRP systems

Essential Job Functions :

  • Provide leadership and oversight in finance and business matters
  • Create and maintain internal control policies and procedures, and collaborate with banking, legal, and audit professionals
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting, including tax requirements
  • Oversee the IT Department
  • Manage payroll, PTO, and inventory accounting systems
  • Prepare annual budgets, plans, and audits
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
