- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with regulations
Skills and Qualifications :
