What you will do
We are seeking an astute, determined professional to fill the position of Investment Associate within our US Transactions function, covering Equity Capital Markets . The individual will work directly with senior members of the Southwest Transactions team and peers to execute broad-based investment activity regionally with a focus on acquisitions, development joint ventures, and structured transactions for all real estate product types. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and closing commercial real estate acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as promoting collaboration and team culture in a fast-moving environment. This role is based in our San Francisco office.

The salary range for this role is from $100,000 to $140,000 . Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
