Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare construction projects, with a strong emphasis on compliance with HCAI regulations. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years minimum of experience in a project management role, specifically within the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing subcontractors, budgets, bidding processes, and change orders.
Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring compliance with HCAI standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and safety compliance.
Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Prepare, review, and manage change orders and bid packages; collaborate with estimating teams and clients to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Create and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools; proactively identify and resolve delays or conflicts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and progress photos.
4-5 years of construction project management experience, with a focus on healthcare.
Experience navigating HCAI requirements and working with HCAI inspectors and plan reviewers.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
PMP, CCM, or similar certifications are a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Long Beach, California.
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
100% Health, Dental and Vision for whole family (Spouse and Dependents) after 90 days
