Manager-level HR Business Partner
Anyscale is looking for a Manager-level HR Business Partner who can be both a strategic advisor and a hands-on operator. This is a player-coach opportunityyou'll partner closely with our cross-functional leaders to design people strategies, while also rolling up your sleeves to execute programs, resolve issues, and help teams move faster.

What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders across engineering, product, and go-to-market to align people strategy with business goals
- Coach managers on leadership, performance, feedback, and team health.
- Lead and execute core HR programs (performance reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, DEI initiatives)
- Tackle employee relations with empathy, pragmatism, and sound judgment
- Use data and insights to drive decisions and proactively address trends
- Collaborate across Recruiting, L&D, and People Ops to create a seamless employee experience
- Champion Anyscale's values and help embed them into everyday practices
Who You Are
5+ years of total HR experience3+ years as an HRBP1+ years experience in HR operationsExperience in fast-paced tech or startup environmentsEqually comfortable being strategic and hands-onyou don't shy away from the detailsTrusted coach and advisor to managers at all levelsSkilled at building relationships, influencing without authority, and earning trust quicklyConfident using data to tell a story and guide decisionsEnergized by ambiguity and passionate about building systems that scaleWhy Join Us
