Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Leader to oversee and elevate our service department operations. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can drive results, build strong teams, and create an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the service department
Drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs and benchmarks
Build, train, and retain a high-performing service team
Ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Uphold company values and foster job stability
Qualifications
3–5 years of New Car Franchise Service Department experience (verifiable references required)
Demonstrated success as a top performer meeting service goals and KPIs
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Commitment to long-term stability and growth
Compensation & Benefits
