Responsibilities\n\nAs a Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a transitional unit where patients require more monitoring than those on the med-surg floor but are not in need of intensive care. Your responsibilities will include : \n

• Evaluating and monitoring patients' progress, detecting any sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.\n
• Calculating drug dosages, titrating medication doses, administering continuous medication infusions, and closely monitoring patients for any effects from the medications.\n
