Description :

The Production / Warehousing Position is responsible for weighing, mixing, packaging, and palletizing products according to established quality standards. This role includes operating mixing and packaging equipment, forklifts, and process control systems, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Operators support overall plant efficiency by performing routine maintenance, reporting product or equipment issues, and assisting in all areas of production. Flexibility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Workdays / Hours : 3rd Shift (Sunday night - Friday morning) 10pm to 6am (Includes (2) 20-minute paid breaks)

Pay increase potential in the 1st year (totaling $1.00 / hour) during quarterly reviews on performance, accuracy, punctuation and good attendance ($0.25 per quarter)

Possibility of monthly production bonuses.

Pay : $21.50 per hour (Base pay $19.50 + $2.00 shift differential)
