Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes under the guidance of Registered Nurses and in accordance with physicians' orders.

Qualifications

1. Valid state driver's license
2. Automobile liability insurance
3. Must wear seat belts at all times while driving
4. Dependable transportation in good working condition
5. Ability to drive in various weather conditions
6. Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
