This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Western/Central MA, with flexibility for remote work. There is the potential for work to be completed at our center, in the homes of the families we work with, and remotely (treatment planning, as well as some supervision and parent consultation, can be completed remotely). The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will work with clients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. They will also provide behavioral support and training to behavior technicians, family members, and other team members. Additionally, they will collect and analyze data on behaviors and interventions, and modify treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Diagnoses
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments, develop treatment plans targeting both skill acquisition and behavior improvement, and train/supervise others in the implementation of these treatment plans
• Experience supervising and training others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to collect and analyze data using technology and software tools, and use data to inform treatment decisions
• Experience working in home, educational or clinical settings is preferred
