As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, working to maintain a secure environment for clients and staff. What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions depending on the location. Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns in a timely manner. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access, directions, or questions as needed. Help to deter unauthorized activity through visible presence and routine patrols. Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure environment. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
