Educate customers on product benefits, highlighting value tailored to their communication and entertainment needs.

Facilitate smooth customer service interactions, assisting with sign-ups, service explanations, and basic account support for a seamless experience.

Meticulously document all customer interactions and feedback within marketing systems for precise record-keeping and analysis.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify leads, relay insights, and ensure cohesive acquisition / retention strategies.

Actively participate in training sessions, continuously enhancing product knowledge, communication, and customer service techniques.

Monitor engagement metrics and personal interaction outcomes, providing data-driven feedback to enhance outreach effectiveness.

Maintain strict adherence to compliance and ethical standards, upholding the integrity of Ethereal Consulting Inc. and Frontier.

Provide exceptional customer support, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex concerns for timely resolution.
