What You'll Do :

Be the frontline ambassador of Rumblegreet guests with energy and professionalism

Drive membership sales , renewals, and retail purchases through authentic, knowledgeable conversations

Deliver exceptional customer service that creates lasting impressions

Support day-to-day studio operations including front desk duties, scheduling, and cleanliness

Work collaboratively with instructors and team members to create a dynamic studio experience

What Were Looking For :

A people person with a positive attitude and an eagerness to connect

Someone goal-oriented and self-motivateddriven by both teamwork and personal success

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule , including weekends and holidays

Prior fitness, hospitality, or sales experience is a plusbut not required
