Job Description

The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing manufacturing activities, including the production and inspection of products to ensure they meet customer requirements. This role involves simple cable assembly and connector operations to build high-quality products

Responsibilities

• Convert raw materials into finished products.
• Build products to standard rates.
• Read job orders for product specifications.
• Complete in-process inspections.
• Interface with computer software to find documents and complete data entry.
• Build simple point-to-point cables following drawings and instructions with high quality and productivity.
• Demonstrate proper use of basic hand tools, such as soldering guns, wrenches, hand strippers, trimmers, wire cutters, chop saws, rulers, microscopes, and magnifiers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to the building of assemblies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
