Key Responsibilities :

Clean, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations and surrounding kitchen areas.

Assist kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed.

Ensure all sanitation and food safety standards are met consistently.

Support the kitchen and service team to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Handle and dispose of waste according to restaurant policies and safety regulations.

Requirements :

Experience : Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Skills :

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Team-oriented, dependable, and collaborative mindset.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift dishes, trays, and kitchen equipment as needed.
