Contract Specialist

The Contract Specialist is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality with a focus on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. We work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. Key responsibilities include supporting contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to align with client needs and priorities. Work with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies to ensure consistent delivery. Support identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues in partnership with project leadership. Assist with pre-award sales activities, including discussions on deal shaping and contractual outcomes with sales and business leadership. Provide contract drafting support and ensure compliance with Accenture policies and contractual obligations. Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts through effective communication and collaboration.

Basic Qualifications :

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in contract management or legal experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
