Property Assistant Manager

Work for a small business owner! We are seeking a property assistant manager for the owner of several small businesses located in York / Cape Neddick, ME. This role will include tasks such as running errands, managing owners’ schedule, and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is honest, trustworthy, and a friendly individual. Someone with exceptional organization, communication skills and a “whatever needs to get done" attitude will excel. Candidates may be at the beginning of their careers looking to get their foot in the door at a small business with potential growth opportunities.

Reports to : Owner.

Expected Hours : Monday through Friday, floating 8 hour shifts will depend on owners schedule. Start time as early as 7am and end time as late as 6 : 30pm. Some travel should be expected (not very often).

Immediate Duties & Expectations :

• Run errands inclusive of grocery shopping, some meal prep may be required.
• Duties include keeping office / vehicle / shared spaces organized, cleaning, laundry, light lawn care.
• General maintenance and scheduling maintenance services as needed.
• Occasional childcare, ensuring that a safe environment is provided.
• Manage and organize owner’s schedule.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
