Cold Concepts Refrigeration and Air Conditioning is now Hiring : Commercial Air Conditioning and / or Refrigeration Technicians.

Technicians perform field duties associated with installing, maintaining and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for commercial customers.

Technicians perform field duties associated with installing, maintaining and servicing commercial refrigeration equipment.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

Perform on-site Repairs and Troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, assist with post installation calibrations if needed, and report any findings above their skill set to management, so that it can be resolved.

Uses experience and technical skills to diagnose and repair service issues encountered in the field.

Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Must be able to work effectively, efficiently, independently and provide excellent quality work.

Must work in a safe manner on a daily basis and ensure that all safety measures are taken at all times.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.

Schedule M-F 8 am -5 : 00 p.m

On call some Weekends and Holidays based on weekly rotation schedule.

1500$ Signing Bonus after successful completion of a 90 day probation period.
