Role Overview :

We seek experienced professionals ready to transition into the dynamic field of Enterprise AI. This role provides comprehensive training alongside practical, hands-on experience, preparing you to lead impactful AI initiatives within fundaes internal teams or our high-profile client engagements.

Professional Development Journey :

Phase 1 AI Immersion Training (Month 1) :

Engage in expert-led, virtual instruction on key enterprise AI concepts including :

Language Models (Large & Small)

General AI vs. Enterprise-specific AI

Reasoning & Advanced Prompt Engineering

Enterprise AI Solutions (NLP, NER, RAG, NLP-to-SQL)

AI Digital Twin Agents

AI Agent Orchestration Frameworks (LanGraph and LangChain)

Phase 2 Applied On-the-Job Experience (Months 24) :

Participate actively in live enterprise projects, directly applying acquired AI expertise under the guidance of seasoned industry professionals.

Phase 3 Placement and Career Growth :

After successful completion of training and applied experience, your skills will be evaluated for strategic placement either within fundaes innovative Product Development teams or external consulting projects at prestigious enterprise clients, primarily in Pharma, Biotech, Revenue Operations, Data Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Requirements

Technical Skills and Requirements :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, MIS, IS, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development, data science, data management, or a closely related technical role.

Proficiency in either SQL or Python.

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Demonstrated capability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technical environments.

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate within remote teams effectively.

Commitment and availability to participate in weekend virtual training sessions.

Deposit Requirement :

To sustain the high-quality, enterprise-level training environment, fundae requires a refundable deposit of USD 999.00 upon acceptance of your offer. This deposit strategically supports the significant costs of advanced technology infrastructure, specialized industry trainers, and licensing of premium AI tools essential for delivering comprehensive Enterprise AI education.

These investments ensure participants receive an educational experience typically inaccessible outside major enterprise contexts. As an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnered with leading platforms such as Azure and AWS, fundae uniquely provides this specialized training environment.

The deposit is fully refundable after six months, provided you successfully complete the training and maintain active employment on either an internal fundae project (commencing Month 4) or an external customer project (commencing Month 2) for at least two continuous months. Please note, the deposit will not be refunded in cases of voluntary withdrawal before meeting these conditions or if standard background checks are not cleared.
