Details :

• Begins upon successful credentialing
• Need is ongoing, 2 openings
• (1) Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm slot available
• (1) 2 weeks on 2 weeks off slot available (7a-3p)
• Some OT if desired, Some call if desired
• Cases : General, OB, Ortho, Healthy PEDS
• Few Heads Few Hearts No Trauma
• 8 ORs, 2 Endo Suites, 2 OB rooms
• CRNAs perform Regionals / Epis
• Supervision 1 : 4
