Pay Range : $75 - $80 on W2

Job Summary :

We are in search of a ServiceNow HRSD Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 6 years of experience to bridge the gap between HR business needs and IT / ServiceNow development strategies. This role involves collaborating on the design and delivery of HRSD solutions, such as Configurable Workspace and Now Assist, along with ensuring the ongoing stability of HRSD services through support and improvements. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, facilitating solution designs, and guiding project delivery in alignment with HR service management objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document and prioritize HRSD requirements, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

Design HRSD solutions with development teams, converting business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Support project deliveries, including sprint planning, system and user acceptance testing, and the implementation of Configurable Workspace and Now Assist.

Provide BAU support, overseeing minor enhancements, defect fixes, and process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

Act as a primary communicator between HR, IT, and development teams, ensuring clear understanding and adoption of HRSD solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role, preferably within ServiceNow HRSD environments.

Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with Configurable Workspace, Now Assist, Case & Knowledge Management, and Employee Center Pro.

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM integrations and familiarity with the ServiceNow platform's workflow and security models.

Proficient in Agile project management, requirement gathering, and analytical problem solving.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating and negotiating with various stakeholders.

Domain Experience :

Experience in the technology or HR services industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Certifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist

Agile or Scrum Certification
