Job descriptionWelcome and greet patients Update and maintain patient records Take X-rays and intraoral photos of patients Schedule patient appointments Present treatment to patients Assist clinicians during dental procedures Sterilize instruments and clean rooms and ensure all infection control policies are being followed Prepare operatories for patient visits CPR Certification High School diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of practice management software X-Ray Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Mountain View Dental currently seeking a full-time Dental Assistant for our office in Ruidoso, NM!
We're a general dentistry practice that takes pride in not only serving the people of our community but changing lives. The right fit must be engaging with patients, gets along well with others and is team-oriented. If this grooves with you, we'd like to meet you!
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing hands-on support to the clinical team and completing prep work so they can more efficiently care for patients. Duties include completing intake paperwork and updating patient records, taking necessary x-rays, sterilizing and organizing dental tools and assisting during dental procedures.
