Job descriptionOutpatient-only clinic in an underserved community On-site team includes MA, RN, and behavioral health staff Interpretation support via software (Proprio) EPIC EMR, online training included Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Optional evening clinic Mondays until 7 : 30 PM Part-time considered, consistent weekday schedule Adult-only population : diabetes, hypertension, general primary care No procedures required initially Volume builds up to 21 patients / day Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Connecticut license preferred BLS and DEA required Mileage and lodging reimbursed
