Salary : +25 bps

We are seeking an experienced MLO to help develop and maintain our training program. In addition to all benefits of being a producing MLO as detailed below, we will offer you :

25bps of the trainee's comp while they are in the program. Should be 5-7 loans.

$100 of the recruiting MLO's recruitment bonus for the life of their tenure.

We have amazing tech and support being built. This role will be vital in company growth and will have a lot of decision-making authority.

We are currently hiring MLOs with about a year experience or more who have closed 3 or more loans. We are licensed in AL, CO, FL, MI, MN, OH, and TX. Compensation :

W2 or 1099, based on state law

225 bps LPC Purchases - This will increase to 270 bps LPC soon

200 bps LPC Refinances - We will want MLO input for this amount

$300 per closed file recruiting bonus

CRM

Expenses :

$995 per file (+10% for W2 employees)

$55 / month for Lending Pad - Will be reimbursed after the second closing of the month

Plans : (Many will be ready by end of the year)

401k - Interviewing plan providers

Medical / Dental - No ETA until we increase employee count for group buys and policy updates

Transparency - Public MLO production, recruiting compensation, executive comp, and corporate expenditures

MLO Wishlist Form - Requests reviewed and assed to public list

Public Wishlist of items MLOs want or need to help them grow

Integrated LOS / CRM with out of the box campaigns and customs campaigns upon request

Marketing Items to include yard signs, buyer agent presentations, seller agent presentations

Leads system - Model likely to be a 'per closed file' cost to MLO

Certified Home Listings Program

AI driven technologies - Lead gen, response, marketing graphics, etc.
