Salary : $56-$60 per hour (unit based)

HealthStar Family Rehab Center is seeking a full time Physical Therapist for an established caseload. The physical therapist is responsible for evaluations, re-evaluations, 60 day progress reports and providing treatment according to the plan of care. HealthStar currently has 3 DPT's seeking full certification as DMI trained therapists. Come join our team!!
