Logistics Processor

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. A day in the life includes receiving, unloading freight, unpacking and delivering newly arrived merchandise to selling departments. You will fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards. You will also prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards. You will utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes. You will also assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms. You will provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

You own this if you have a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. You have had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You have organizational skills and attention to detail. You have the skills to use a variety of technology and new computer applications. You are able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Physical Requirements : Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers. Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head. Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range Details The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $17.75 - $18.45 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
