Endpoint Management Specialist

A company is looking for an Endpoint Management Specialist to implement and maintain EHR point of care insights solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for technical solutions related to the deployment of point of care solutions

Act as an internal expert on IT operations in ambulatory practices to optimize deployment of solutions

Advise practices on configuring endpoint management tools and developing automation scripts for software deployment

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required, with significant relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education

4-6 years of experience in small to medium size healthcare IT settings

3+ years of direct practice-facing customer service experience

3+ years of experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare IT settings
