Key Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist :

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercises

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Requirements :

Active SLP license in Kentucky

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
