Location : Exeter, NH 03833 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)

Facility : 100-bed acute care hospital, Float Pool

Assignment Length : 8 weeks (12 / 29 / 2025 – 2 / 28 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour night shifts

Hours : 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,090 - $2,240

Employment Type : Travel RN contract

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state

BLS certification (American Heart Association required)

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience

Epic EMR experience required

Must reside at least 50 miles from facility (no local candidates)

Ability to start on 12 / 29 / 2025 and complete the full 8-week travel nursing assignment

Med / Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and clinical support staff

Accurately document patient care in Epic EMR

Offer compassionate support and education to patients and families
