Job Overview : We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Localization & Content Marketing Specialist. You will be the mastermind behind the content that fuels our US marketing engine . Your primary mission is to develop a rich library of high-quality, authentic content derived from our local events, community projects, and key initiatives. You will not just report on activities; you will architect the narrative and produce the assets that PR, Digital, and Social teams will amplify to build brand love and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the US-specific content marketing strategy and calendar, aligned with product launches, campaigns, and local events.
• Define the key content pillars (e.g., Educator Spotlights, Maker Deep Dives, Event Recaps, Project Tutorials) and formats (e.g., case studies, video documentaries, photo essays) that resonate with the US audience.
• Map the content journey from initial capture (at an event) to final distribution (across PR, social, email, web), ensuring a consistent and powerful narrative.
• Lead content production at key US events (e.g., trade shows like ShopTalk, Maker Faires, user meetups, Demo Room openings); conduct on-the-ground interviews to gather stories and testimonials.
• Plan and produce in-depth project-based content, such as documenting a full build from concept to completion with a local artist or maker, showcasing xTool capabilities.
• Proactively identify and build relationships with top creators and community members for content collaboration; design and execute UGC campaigns and challenges tied to local events or themes.
• Curate, secure rights for, and package the best UGC for use by other marketing channels.
• Develop strategy and run US live streams, including product demos, workshops, artist takeovers, and event coverage; manage end-to-end execution and post-stream analysis.
• Create foundational assets for PR and internal comms : high-resolution photo packs, b-roll video packages, customer case studies, and key messaging documents; support development of bylined articles, whitepapers, or market insights from US community learnings.
