We’re seeking a detail-oriented Contract Review Specialist to manage incoming customer orders and ensure accuracy across documentation and communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys working cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and associated documents
• Process and input incoming orders into internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide updates
• Prepare customs paperwork for international shipments
• Track in-house orders and assist with inventory prep
• Support general customer service functions and administrative tasks
