Safety Manager (PRN)

We are hiring for 2 part-time Safety Managers to work on an as-needed (PRN) basis to maintain site safety coverage. This is a contract (W-2) role expected to run through 2027. Night shift schedule from 9 : 00PM-5 : 00AM.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain site safety coverage when full-time safety staff are out of office
• Implement and maintain site safety plan
• Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff
• Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings
• Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work
• Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team
• Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports
• Investigate and report any incidents
• Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)
