As a key part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing content, and ensuring high-ranking search results across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong background in SEO, and is experienced in content creation, keyword research, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize content.

Create and manage high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blog posts, landing pages, website copy, etc.).

Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including internal linking and backlink strategies.

Track, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software .

Collaborate with writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.

Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain and improve rankings.

Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.

Optimize metadata, headings, and site structure for improved indexing and ranking.

Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and digital marketing strategies to keep The Elite Job competitive in search rankings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in SEO and content marketing , with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools .

Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.

Exceptional writing and editing skills , with a keen eye for keyword placement and readability.

Experience with WordPress, HTML, and CMS platforms .

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for SEO improvements.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing .

Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Prior experience in a fast-paced industry such as e-commerce, SaaS, or media is preferred.
