Knowledge Management Specialist

Key Role :

Develop and implement strategies, systems, and processes that capture, organize, share, and leverage institutional and program- related knowledge across the organization. Independently make decisions and identify continuous improvement opportunities and innovations by ensuring critical information is accessible and effectively used by employees. Work with technical and management personnel at all levels of the organization to add new work and close program requirements per the direction of the client or customer. Deliver program-level training and mentor program leads on program requirements processes.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
