A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound residential customer phone calls regarding billing, collections, and account maintenance
Update and maintain customer account records and verify accuracy of information
Inform customers about company offerings and direct calls to appropriate work groups when necessary
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
6 months of experience as a Customer Credit Representative meeting performance metrics
Basic math skills
Ability to receive direction and take appropriate action
