Description

Provides and assists in the provision of, direct patient care under the supervision of a RN / LPN and whose activities require an understanding of basic anatomical, biological, psychological, cultural, and social sciences.

Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Hours : Full Time (3) 12-Hour Shifts per week

Shifts : Day Shift

Premium Pay Differentials :

Nights : $4.00 / hr

Weekends $2.20 / hr

Required Qualifications :

Coursework / Training : Successful completion of an Alaska state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education which meets state certification requirements.

Upon hire : Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License.

Within 30 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications :

Coursework / Training : Some college courses in nursing or therapy field.

3 months Nursing assistant experience in acute or extended care.
