Job Title - Workforce Management Specialist II Location - Onsite in Chicago, IL
Contract Duration - 6 months contract Pay Range - $55-$60 / hr on W2 (DOE)
Qualification :
- Experience auditing data to ensure it is complete and accurate, data entry, navigating people systems, and working with Hiring Managers
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee System of Record (OrgTool) Audits & Position (PID) ReleasesOrgTool Auditing & Data IntegrityEnsuring standard position titles matchIdentifying frozen / locked PIDs released to pillar teams and review with Workforce Strategy teamConducting review on backfill PIDs released to pillar teams and whether we need to absorb them back into Reserve (depending on backfill strategy)Ensuring official Job Descriptions are the ones being used for hireIdentifying PIDs without a requisition attached PID ReleasesHelp with the release of PIDs from reserve to teams and track these releasesSupport movement in and out of the IDC Reserve by making OrgTool changesPull OrgTool exports when needed Work with partner teams to help unblock PIDs if there are any roadblocksUpdate PID release status reports on headcount needs (Field / Central)IDC PID ToolTriage all incoming requests and assign approval workflows ensuring tickets are closed out within a reasonable timeUpdate PID attributes to reflect requested changes if approvedWork with Workforce Strategy Team on troubleshooting complex requestsTeam Wiki Comms ManagementHelp update and maintain the team Wiki with accurate and uptodate content on a periodic basisAssist in content development for Wiki pagesEnsures all content is updated and relevant, removing outdated or unnecessary informationSkills Required :
