SHIFTS (FT) : 7am - 3pm & 3pm -11 pm

SHIFTS (PT) : 11pm - 7am

SHIFTS (PRN) : Any 8 HOUR SHIFT (One Weekend Per Month Is Required)

Offering a $5000 Sign on Bonus for New Full-Time hires!

(FT Only) Waive all benefits and receive an extra $3.00 an hour

Hourly Range : $32.00 - $41.00 / hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE

$1.50 Shift Differential (3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am)

Daily Pay Available and More!

Responsibilities of LPN :

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
