We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, you will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of systems and applications. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while delivering exceptional service to users.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to service desk tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Windows and Active Directory.
• Provide support for Windows 10 and ensure its optimal functionality.
• Assist users with system errors and software-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to address and solve complex technical challenges.
• Utilize the Yardi platform to manage and support specific system requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with users regarding their technical queries.
• Implement best practices for system and application troubleshooting.
• Monitor and report recurring issues to recommend process improvements.• Proficiency in Active Directory and Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and its functionalities.
• Experience in basic troubleshooting techniques for technical issues.
• Familiarity with service desk operations and ticketing systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Yardi platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
