Are you ready to direct and implement corporate IT initiatives that align with Spectrum's strategy and goals? As the Director, IT (Software License Compliance), you will organize and manage IT functions, including networks, infrastructure, and enterprise systems, while implementing IT standards and policies. You will guide the development and acquisition of new technologies to enhance internal operations and data delivery, continually evaluate software licensing strategies, and provide strategic guidance on software asset management. Partner with IT leadership, Procurement, and Legal to ensure compliance, manage budgets, track entitlements, and oversee software audits and licensing agreements.

- Accountable for the function\'s budgets and approves related capital expenditures
- Assist with the creation and successful management of multi-million-dollar budgets
- Assist with negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendors

Required Qualifications

SkillsClosely collaborate with procurement, legal, business unit, finance, and operational staff to understand specific contractual software license obligations and provide advice and guidance to develop solutions consistent with business needs
