A day in the life includes assisting customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience, demonstrating expertise in all technologies used in the store environment, inspiring trust, teamwork, and positive team relationships, defusing customer situations and providing resolution in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and resolution of issues, motivating and inspiring others to adopt initiatives such as our Nordstrom Rewards program, and working a flexible schedule based on department needs.

Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. $17.10 - $17.80 Hourly. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives / bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical / vision / dental / life / disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
