Business Change Manager

A company is looking for a Private Bank Business Change Manager to drive continuous improvement in the Private Banking and Wealth Management organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain job aids for effective execution of procedures

Oversee client complaints resolution and identify opportunities for improvement

Manage control reporting and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field

Minimum of 6+ years in Financial Services, Operations, Business Management, or Process Improvement

Experience in root cause analysis

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment

Undergraduate degree preferred, along with relevant certifications like Lean Six Sigma or PMP
