Job description

Overview

Latitude is seeking a California-licensed e-Discovery / document review attorney to support a major Am Law 100 law firm on a document review project related to a commercial litigation matter. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience on large e-discovery projects and / or investigations, preferably with large or mid-size law firms. Familiarity with review platforms, such as Relativity, is required. Experience on commercial litigation matters is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide e-discovery / document review support for a commercial litigation matter.
  • Review and manage document production in accordance with client and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of legal experience with large e-discovery projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Licensed to practice in California and in good standing (note : living in California is not required)
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Outstanding references
  • Experience on commercial litigation matters is preferred

    • Compensation

  • Pay : Annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000+ on a full-time basis. Contract pay is based on factors including experience, credentials, location, market conditions, and candidate preference.
  • Benefits : Complimentary professional liability insurance. W2 employment status typical for Latitude contract professionals with eligible full benefits when working 20 hours / week. Benefits include Group Life, LTD / AD&D, a qualified 401k plan, and a CLE / Professional Expense stipend.
