The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in client acquisition, onboarding, and revenue generation. You will play a critical role in driving growth by developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring successful delivery of staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the US Healthcare Staffing industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS partners. Manage the entire client onboarding process from initial contact to contract finalization and delivery. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving business growth and profitability. Negotiate MSA / SOW contracts with clients to establish long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion. Generate regular reports on sales pipeline, revenue, and client performance. Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Account Management in US Healthcare Staffing. Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes, compliance, and regulations. Established network of direct clients / MSPs in the US healthcare domain. Exceptional skills in client onboarding, revenue generation, and account growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
