As a Process Improvement Senior Associate within the Wealth Management Client Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and reducing risk by developing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, applying disciplines including but not limited to process design, process re-engineering, process automation and business analytics. You will leverage your broad knowledge of process improvement principles and practices to map, simplify, and document processes, while reducing manual touch points and utilizing tools to deliver intelligent solutions. Your work will have a significant impact within your department, requiring you to exercise initiative and judgement to resolve short-term problems and propose improvements to current working methods. You will be expected to analyze data and craft compelling narratives to communicate complex ideas. Your ability to innovate, manage change, and automate tasks effectively will be crucial in driving service-delivery improvement and achieving our departmental objectives.
