Job descriptionEnsures all food service employees are working at their required stations maintaining maximize efficiency and following proper health and hygiene protocols. Assists in implementing new food programs food products limited time offers and promotions as directed by the Food Service Department. Assists the Store Manager in preparing work schedules guaranteeing proper food service station coverage. Assists with training and development of all food service team members and ensures all food service employees follow the requirements of the company program. Maintains the sanitation and organization of all foodservice storage areas (including walk-in refrigerators and freezers) as well as all equipment maintenance and sanitation requirements. Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
