General Labor Production Job Title : General Labor Production Location : Norwalk, Ohio Company : Persys Engineering Job Summary : Persys Engineering is seeking full-time General Laborers to join our team at our new facility in Ohio. This role involves supporting various production tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. English speaking is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities : Perform general labor tasks as assigned. Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. Stand and work on your feet for up to eight hours at a time. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow instructions and safety protocols. Work independently or as part of a team. Quickly learn new tasks and ask questions for clarification. Qualifications : Willingness and ability to work hard. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
