Chief Executive Officer

Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to guide the overall strategy, operations, and management of the Council while demonstrating a deep commitment to the values of the Girl Scouts. These include a devotion to the Council’s vision, an investment in the development of young girls, inclusion of diverse populations, and a belief in improving girls’ lives through programs and partnerships with families, schools, and the community.

Additional Areas of Responsibility :

The CEO oversees the operations of the Council, its programs, camp operations, volunteer and staff development, financial development, and community relations.

Other Information / Requirements :

To successfully perform as the CEO, the selected candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
