Full-Time Rehab Director (Open to COTA or PTA Disciplines)

Skilled Nursing Facility in Moraine / Dayton, Ohio

Salaried Position with Quarterly Bonus Potential

Location : Skilled Nursing Facility on the north side of Dayton

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week

About the Role :

Broad River Rehab is growing! We are seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to oversee daily operations and provide direct clinical care within a skilled nursing facility. Prior Rehab Director experience preferred.

Requirements for this position :

  • Ohio Therapy License
  • Associate’s degree in required field (Either COTA or PTA)
  • Skilled Nursing Facility Experience
  • Rehab Director experience (Preferred)
