Overview :

Work backstage during the Show as a Theater Show Crew Student Employee! Get first hand experience of what goes on behind the scenes while gaining experience in the Event Industry. This is your opportunity to assist with scenery and costume changes while meeting new people and building relationships with Oakton's Theater community.

Campus Location : Des Plaines

Length of Employment :

8 / 25 - 9 / 14 with hours from 5pm to 9pm Thursday - Saturday and 1pm to 5pm on Sundays.

Hours available : 15-20 hours per week

Schedule Flexibility :

Fixed scheduled

Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes :

• Presetting Scenery, Props, and costumes (CT)
• Assisting in scenery changes ( TW)
• Assisting in costume changes (TW)
• Collaborate with stage management team ( CM)
• Cleaning props and costumes as necessary (CT)
• Sweeping and Mopping (PF)
